We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, returns are simple and hassle free.
Order cancellations
You can cancel within 24 hours of placing your order by emailing info@cozyfixes.com with your order number. After that, your order may already be in processing, and once it has shipped it cannot be cancelled; you can return it after delivery under this policy.
30 day easy returns
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return items. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories. Restocking fee: $0.
Return costs
- Defective, damaged, or incorrect items: no cost to you.
- Change of mind (wrong item ordered, no longer wanted, does not fit): you cover the return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
How to return an item
- Email info@cozyfixes.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Repack the item securely with all accessories and tags.
- Ship it back using the instructions in your return authorization email.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your provider.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges. Email info@cozyfixes.com for a different size, color, or product and we will help.
Order not delivered
If your order has not arrived within the expected window, email us with your order number. If the carrier confirms it lost, we will refund in full or send a replacement at no cost.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety, some items are not eligible for return and are marked as non-returnable on their product page.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time; changes take effect when posted here with a new last updated date.
